Premium Brazing Foil for Precision Joining

Your Trusted Source for High-Quality Brazing Solutions

High-Performance Brazing Foils
Customizable Dimensions to Precise Specifications
Available in various sizes, the Braze Foil can be slit to width and cut to length based on specific customer needs. Our foils are available in standard thicknesses: 005”, 010”, 015”, and. 020”. For specialized needs, we can offer any thickness .002″ to .030″ and even beyond .030″ for select alloys, ensuring the correct material fit for your application.
Comprehensive Alloy Family
Silver Brazing Alloys: Offered in a wide array of compositions to fit your specific brazing needs. Providing the high tensile strength and ductility needed for your requirements, silver bearing alloys are available in Cadmium bearing and Cadmium free compositions.
BCuP Alloys: Ideal for joining copper to copper without a flux, or copper to brass with flux. This family of alloys is commonly used in the refrigeration and heat exchanger industry, due to its lower cost than the high silver alloys and its self-fluxing action. Foils and strips of this alloy family are used in the traction motor market as well.
Tri-metal silver Brazing Alloys: Commonly used as a filler metal for carbide brazing applications. This family of alloys is used where base metals of dissimilar coefficients of thermal expansion are joined. The copper core acts as a cushion to absorb residual stress that arise after the brazed assembly cools. The clad layer of braze alloy is typically a high silver alloy, but this is also available in a silver free version for certain select applications.
Aluminium Brazing Alloys: Intended for brazing of aluminum assemblies. BAg silver alloys and BCuP copper alloys cannot be used for this application. These alloys are commonly used in the automotive market and in the refrigeration market.
Copper Brazing Alloys: Offer excellent corrosion resistance, and capillary action. This family of alloys works best for press fit assemblies and is commonly used in the fluid fittings industry. It is a good fit for brazing mild steel assemblies on a belt furnace.
Soft Solders: This family of alloys is used when the joining temperature must be kept to a minimum or where the higher strength of a silver/copper/aluminum braze joint is not required. This family of alloys is used in the electrical, electronics, and water works industries. Soft Solders are those alloys that are used in joining processes below 840ºF (450ºC). These alloys can be supplied in both lead bearing and lead-free compositions.
Bronze Brazing Alloys: These alloys are used for brazing steels, coppers and cast iron. This alloy may be a low-cost alternative if your application does on require the higher performance of a silver-bearing alloy. This family finds use in the tube fabrication market and applications where cast iron needs to be brazed.
Specialty Alloys: We can provide a variety of specialty strip alloys including, Vacuum Tube Grade, Gold Bearing, Platinum Bearing, Palladium Bearing, Nickel Bearing, Hi Temp, and Non-Standard alloys.
